That’s you’ve told me over the past two weeks of asking you in a poll. So you should see a new David Palmer banner at the top of the page some time soon. For those interested, here are the full results. I’ll be running a similar poll again just before series 7 starts.

David Palmer – 33%
Chloe O’Brian – 23%
Bill Buchanan – 15%
Kim Bauer – 10%
Michelle Dessler – 8%
Curtis Manning – 4%
Audrey Raines – 4%
Mike Novick – 1%
Sherry Palmer – 0%
Wayne Palmer – 0%

The new poll asks how keen you are to get hold of series 6 on DVD.

Season 6 UK DVD

October 4th, 2007

The season 6 UK DVD was released on monday, with a lot less fan fare than usual it has to be said, as Prison Break Season 2 released a week earlier still takes up most of Fox’s promotional power.

And while you could question why this is, “not up to 24’s usual standard” etc., the list of extras does still look impressive and could well be the best set we’ve ever had if documentaries “Inside The Writers Room” & “Opening With A Bang” can live up to the 90 minute making of seen on the Season 2 release.

From what I can tell the UK Region 2 release carries exactly the same list of extras as the U.S. release due in December will. I’ll update this post if there’s any significant developments on that, and i’ll have a full review up on the site once my copy arrives.

Which Was Your Favourite “Worst” Storyline

October 1st, 2007

Yep, odd question. But for the last two weeks i’ve been asking you which of what I thought where the so called “Worst” storylines from each season, was actually your favourite. The results where ….

Kim & The Cougar – 40%
Teri & The Amnesia – 19%
Chloe & The Baby – 17%
The Vice President, His Assistant & The Russian Spy – 15%
Marwan & “Amnesty Global” – 5%
Curtis & The Virus In The Hospital – 4%

So it was closer than some polls i’ve run recently, but still a pretty clear winner.

In the new poll for the next fortnight i’m actually placing some responsibility in your hands. Currently at the banner at the top of the page is a random choice between Jack and Tony, but i’d like to add a third character banner, but I want it to be a character everyone thinks “deserves” a banner. You’ve got a choice of the ten characters who after Jack and Tony have appeared in more episodes than anyone else. I’ll be doing a poll like this roughly every 3 months, so if your favourite doesn’t win this time round, you’ll get another chance.
