you mean a CTU-like desktop background? yeah 24nut made the s3 one a while ago and I got it on my computer.

hmm, well maybe it wasn't you. but i thought it was. in any case it's the blue desktop that they use at ctu starting at season 3, i think. blue, with the ctu seal and the red buttons along the lower edge of the screen.

like i said, someone posted it somewhere. but there are lots of backgrounds if you click on the link in my sig (wallpapers & avatars), and then leave my actual folder there are many others out there
