Their has been a recent flood of news on the Day 7 Prequel, which is now “24: Exile”. The President Of Fox Entertainment notes…
“it tees off the season — it’s a separate day … It’s the day of the election of the president and swearing in, It’s a self-contained two hours.”
Which would seem to suggest it will indeed not be real time, although there are conflicting reports about that still. Meanwhile Kiefer has a few thoughts …
“It sets up the conflict that starts in the prequel and is carried all the way through Season 7.”

Worst voice over ever, and the president sounded unconvincing. The scene with whats-his-name and the president at 0:12 was terrible too.

Perhaps it’s the context, but that was just plain odd..
I’d say this is a very rough cut, hopefully they can redo any weak scenes…
yeah looks very rough cut but it looks awesome!! with the african scenes 🙂 very gritty stuff…its nice to see something different for a change for 24…kiether looks like he on top form again too

I agree with you Ed, that was definitely the worst voice I’ve ever heard in a trailer but I think it’s simply a placeholder voice for the final cut of the trailer which is going to be shown at Comic-Con 2008.
