A dog - not cleaning mop :D
this was in the paper today:
the thing flying through the air there is Fee 
but boy, if it wasn't for the tongue I wouldn't have noticed it was a dog

yup. apparently this photo was taken at a dog show . you can see that blue and yellow bar that Fee is jumping over with dedication

I'm remind of those toys that were all the rage about 10 years ago. Basically a ball with loads of hairlike strands sticking out. Jaffa Cakes based an entire promotional line on them.
